Shipping policy

Processing Time

 

All cups are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times do not include shipping time.

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

 

Shipping Method

 

Orders are shipped via a third-party carrier (USPS/UPS). Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

 

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address and using a secure delivery location.

Damaged Packages

If your cup arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement.

 

Address Issues

 

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund. Reshipping fees may apply.
