Refund policy

Due to the custom and/or made-to-order nature of our products/services, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders that have been correctly fulfilled and delivered.

Refunds or Replacements

A refund or replacement will only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong cup or design, or
  • The cup arrived damaged due to an error on our end

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Approved claims will receive a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or changed mind
  • Minor imperfections due to handmade nature
  • Slight color or design placement variations
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Damage caused by improper care or use
